This married couple is a blessing to the towing world! I was stranded off the highway for 6 hours due to AAA not being able to find a dispatcher that would take me from Sparta to Georgia, but as soon as Rus and Jess were contacted they drove all the way from Lebanon on their day off and provided me with laughs and ministry along the way. Russ even diagnosed my tires and saved me from another mishap! I had dealt with a very scary incident while waiting on the highway and they saved my life!! Recommend your friends and family because this is more than just a business this is a mission and a ministry and God bless these two beautiful souls!
Russell is a ROCKSTAR!!!! Not only did he bring my family boat home, he helped my husband with the problem!!!! Amazing service and absolutely recommend
This was the friendliest, most professional, courteous, and accommodating tow service that I have ever experienced. I am known by my friends and family for taking customer service too seriously. This company bent over backwards for me. I broke down in my motor home. They came all the way from Lebanon, TN to get me. If every tow company provided this level of service to their customers the world would be a better place. Great job guys!
I got a flat tire on a cold and rainy night, when there were accidents on most interstates and the surface streets were backed up as well (hello, "It City"). I called and the dispatcher took down all my info, being very sure to get my location correct. She said there was a truck near me on a service call, and that it should be about 40 minutes. Almost on the dot the truck showed up and Horace, who was much cheerier than the weather and night deserved, changed my tire in about 5 minutes. He called in the job, handed me the phone, and I gave my payment info to the woman I had spoken to earlier. She emailed me the receipt (my choice). There is a discount for paying cash, BTW. About $10, or roughly 20%.
